Refund Policy

Returned for afterthought

Our return policy is valid for 15 days. If it's been more than

15 days from purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement of the item purchased with another item.

In order to access the return procedure, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with the original packaging perfectly intact.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or returned more than 15 days after delivery will not be refunded.

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately promotional items cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs are not subject to refund.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the acceptance or rejection of the refund request and, if successful, we will agree on the refund procedures.

Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. For replacement with the same item, please send us an email to info@takejoys.com.
