Shipping policy

The delivery times of the orders placed will be 10/30 days starting from the day following the receipt of the order validation e-mail.
The products ordered by the buyer will be delivered to the address declared by the same on the order form.
When ordering the products, the buyer will be required to provide the exact address in which he wishes to receive the order.
The Takejoys website is not responsible for any damage to items made by the courier.

Attention: for all orders placed after November 20th, delivery before Christmas is not guaranteed.

Free products cannot be returned.
